What you are seeing. On 60 fps games like Diablo III not so noticable but you can tell the quality difference when in motion as opposed to standing still and that is an overhead 25D game I havent gotten a shooter for PS4 yet but its painful to see motion blur like this. Blur looks unlike any racer around at the moment and the closest parallel we can draw is with the now-ancient Midnight Club 2 though Rockstars street racer was never this effortlessly stylish.
PS4 doesnt have the ability to read 3-layer media which is the standard format of the Ultra HD Blu-ray.
